Chetan Sevashram Sangha is administered by a Governing Body. The Governing Body has an elected President, one or more Vice-Presidents, a Secretary, one or more Assistant Secretaries and a Treasurer and few Governing Body members. The headquarter of Chetan Sevashram Sangha is at Ananda Niketan, Buri Pukur, Barasat, Kolkata – 700125
All letters regarding administrative matters of the Sangha are to be addressed to the Secretary who is the Founder–Secretary as well as the Chief Executive.
Ownership of property, entitlement of work, legal transactions, taking major policy decisions etc. is vested on the Governing Body of the Sangha headed by the Secretary.
Anyone irrespective of religion, caste, creed or colour can become the member of Chetan Sevashram Sangha but the decision is taken solely by the Secretary.
Governing body of Chetan Sevashram Sangha executes their administrative functions through a set of office bearers who are appointed by the Governing Body itself. The main office bearers are the President, Vice-President, Secretary, Assistant Secretaries and the Treasurer.
